mash is a phenomenal trader. He initially shipped out the heatsink without the fan clips and quickly sent it out when he realized they weren\'t included with the package and I received them even before I received the heatsink. When we discovered that the parts to install the heatsink to my intel setup was missing, he went out of his way to purchase another for me because I couldn\'t locate his. I offered to pay half but he refused. Even though mash has low heat, his actions throughout this transaction proved him to be an honest person who would bend backwards to make things right. I would hope to deal with him again in the future. Thanks again
